Meet the director
With decades of experience working for organisations in a number of roles meet the companies founder & director, T. Dhugald Shepherd.
Hailing from Aberdeenshire he had a rural upbringing before moving first to Aberdeen & then Glasgow to study.
Returning to Aberdeen he spent a twenty year career working for a number of multi-national Exploration & Production companies. Across various roles he has focused on professional data, information & knowledge management practice.
In 2022 he returned to University to retrain, upskill & codify lessons learned.
Having now been awarded both an MBA and an MSc in Strategic Studies & Management he founded his own consultancy company.
Now focused on turning his knowledge & experience towards helping others, he looks forwards to helping others build better businesses, institutions & industries.
